Orders are shipped using Australia Post Monday through Friday.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are sent by standard postage unless Express Post is requested.
Please allow an additional 7 - 14 business days after order processing time for standard delivery of you order; and 2-4 business days for express delivery.
Please note, at certain peak times of the year (e.g. Christmas, global pandemics) due to demands on postal departments, arrival times may be significantly delayed. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
